Summary: | Technology development is growing in various fields, including learning vocabulary, especially Arabic. The presence of many mediums and platforms in the form of e-learning attracts the attention of all age groups, whether young or old, to learn about knowledge and learning. The production of this technology medium creates interest and motivation towards learning Arabic vocabulary, encouraging efforts to adopt technological innovations in education. Therefore, this study aims to develop an e-Mu'jam framework of Arabic vocabulary for Mara Technology University (UiTM) students. This study is based on a quantitative approach that relies on questionnaire instruments as its main source. The data collection was done in stages involving three phases, and a total of 144 respondents were involved in this study, which consisted of students who took the code language subject TAC401 (Introductory Arabic Part I). Data were analysed by utilising Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 28 software to measure the level of development needs of this e-Mu 'jam. The results suggest a high rate of interpretation, which is a sign of support for developing this e-Mu' jam in learning Arabic vocabulary. The impact of this study is able to contribute to learning aids as a platform © 2023 IEEE.
